Overbuilding parking begets more SOVs and traffic congestion (2 Responses)

Atlantic City Lab report: A new study has found that building “cheap, excessive” parking significantly increases SOV commuting and traffic congestion. The study makes a case for “the elimination of minimum parking requirements, the use of maximum parking requirements in some places, and the implementation of market-based pricing.”
